Embedded partner portal
Put your partner program inside the product partners already use. Partners who are signed in to your app land straight in their portal, with no second login and no new place to remember.
One allow-list, one API key and one session call.

What is an embedded partner portal?
An embedded partner portal is your partner portal loaded inside another application, usually your own product, instead of on a separate site. In Introw you allow the domains that may embed it, create a key for portal sessions, and open an authenticated session for the signed-in user, so partners use the full portal without logging in again.
Every extra destination is one partners will not open
Partners adopt what is already in front of them. A portal on a separate site with a separate login is the easiest one to forget.

With Introw
The whole program, where partners already work with you
Three steps in the embed setup, then one call from your backend: allow your domains, create a key, open a session and render it.
Partners use the program because it is already in front of them.
With the portal inside your product, the program sits in the app partners open every day. That removes the most common reason a portal goes unused: nobody remembers to visit it.
Their deals, content, courses, commissions and forms, in your product's frame.
The same experience, branding and rules as the standalone portal.
Code samples for Next.js, React, vanilla JavaScript and cURL in the setup.

Signed in already, and locked to the domains you allow.
Your security team signs off faster when the controls come built in. Only the domains you list can load the portal, partners never handle a second password, and your secret key stays on your server.
The portal only loads in an iframe on the domains you list.
The session is created server-side, so your secret key never reaches the browser.
The key carries one permission: portal sessions.

Partner pipeline starts on pages you already own.
Put a registration or referral form on your own site, in your branding. Each submission credits the right partner and lands in your CRM like one from the portal.
Use an attributed embed on partner-specific pages, so each submission credits the right partner.
Every embedded submission runs the same CRM automation as the portal.
Form embeds need a verified custom domain; without one, share the link instead.

Your reps work with partners without leaving the CRM.
For your own team, the embed that matters sits inside HubSpot and Salesforce. Partner collaboration happens on the record your pipeline reports run on.
The Introw card in HubSpot and the Introw panel in Salesforce show the partner on the record.
Reps share a deal or ticket with a partner and comment back and forth from the card.

Everything you need to run a partner program, in one place
The embed carries the whole portal with it. These are the parts of Introw partners reach inside your product.

Partner portal
The embed loads the partner's own portal experience.

Deal registration
Partners register and follow their deals in the embedded portal like in the standalone one.

Partner content management
An Asset Hub shows governed library assets in the portal, with each partner seeing only what they may.

Partner training and certification
Courses from the partner's experience run inside the embedded portal.

Partner commissions and SPIFFs
Commissions are part of what the embedded portal carries, so partners see their earnings without opening another site.
Built into HubSpot and Salesforce
Run another CRM? Connect it through the API or Zapier, or start without a CRM and add one later.

Introw for HubSpot
Introw reads and writes your own HubSpot objects and properties, custom objects included, so there is no second partner database. Partners register and co-sell on native deals, and your reps work with them from the Introw card on the record. Rated 4.9 on the HubSpot Marketplace.

Introw for Salesforce
Introw runs on Salesforce as the system of record, with two-way sync, custom-object mapping and field-level control. Partners are portal users, never Salesforce users, so no Experience Cloud build and no external seats. Your reps get partner context and actions in the Introw panel on the record. Listed on Salesforce AgentExchange.
Introw connects to the tools your team and partners already use
CRM
HubSpot and Salesforce, two-way on your own objects and fields.

Chat
Slack, Microsoft Teams and WhatsApp. Partners register deals, get updates and ask questions in the channel they already watch.

AI assistants
Claude, ChatGPT and any assistant that supports MCP, for your team and your partners, under the same permissions.

Payouts and billing
Introw Pay for partner payouts; Stripe and Chargebee feed commissions from billing data.

Data and account mapping
Crossbeam overlaps inside Introw, Power BI embedded with per-partner row-level security.

Agreements and automation
DocuSign for agreements as an onboarding step, Zapier and a versioned REST API for the rest.

Introw fits your program at every stage
The same platform runs a first program and a global channel, so you start where you are and never re-platform.
Launching a program
You are moving off spreadsheets, often as a team of one. You go live in weeks with no implementation project: deal registration, a branded portal, onboarding and content, configured by your team.
Scaling from tens to hundreds of partners
You run several motions at once. Segments, tiers, MDF, commissions and workflows run on one platform, and your team ships changes the same day without a consultant.
Enterprise and global channel
Thousands of partners across regions and teams. SAML and OIDC SSO, SCIM, role-based access with record scoping, multi-step approvals, multiple currencies and languages, and a white-label portal on your domain.
Pricing that stays predictable as you grow
The whole product at the scale of one partner, with no time limit and no credit card.
Invite as many of a partner's people as you like.
CRM-only roles that need partner context in HubSpot or Salesforce do not take a seat.
MCP for Claude, ChatGPT and your partners' assistants is not an add-on.
Your partner team configures forms, portals, tiers and workflows without code.

Frequently asked questions
An embedded partner portal is your partner portal running inside another application, usually your own product. With Introw you allow the domains that may embed it, create a portal-session key and open a session for the signed-in user, so partners reach their deals, content and commissions without a second login or a separate site.
They do not sign in again. Your backend sends the signed-in user's email to the Introw session endpoint with a portal-session API key, and gets back a URL for that user's portal session. You load that URL in an iframe, so the partner lands in their portal already authenticated.
Yes. The portal only loads inside an iframe on the domains you put on the allow-list, so other sites cannot frame it. Sessions are created from your backend with a secret key that carries only the portal sessions permission, and that key never reaches the browser.
Yes. Portal sections embed Google Slides, Sheets and Docs, videos from Loom, Vimeo, YouTube and Vidyard, and meeting links from HubSpot, Calendly and Cal.com. Any other URL goes in an embed anything section, and Introw renders it inline.
No. Embedding the portal inside your own product is a paid add-on that must be enabled on your plan, and you need the Integrations permission to manage allowed domains. Embedding a form on your website needs a verified custom domain. Plans and add-ons are listed at introw.io/pricing.
Yes, for your own team. The Introw card in HubSpot and the Introw panel in Salesforce put the partner, the shared thread and the collaboration actions on the deal, ticket, opportunity or case, so your reps work with partners without leaving the CRM. Partners work from the portal, embedded or standalone, or from Slack, Teams and their assistant.
